This integration creates draft sales orders/invoices for your end-customers in Exact Online based on your monthly cloud purchase invoice from TD SYNNEX.

With a single click of a button you can generate hundreds of draft invoices, saving you a lot of valuable time and making sure the invoices you send are complete and correct, ensuring an optimal customer experience.

How exactly does this work?

  • Select the desired month/period from a pulldown menu and click on the ‘load mappings’ button;
  • The ApplicationLink platform then automatically retrieves the desired invoice data at TD SYNNEX;
  • The invoice data is presented in a spreadsheet/grid with multiple tabs for a clear and easy overview;
  • Customers, services and prices need to be (automatically) linked on every line of the grid;
  • Mapping only needs to be done once as we remember this for future use (next month’s invoice data);
  • Apply markups and define sales prices, in general or individually;
  • Generate draft invoices in Exact Online after adding an invoice description, reference and invoice data.
